About Custom Communities

    ABOUT CUSTOM COMMUNITIES

    Custom Communities, formally referred to as Child Portals, are child portal sites that enable you to create alternative websites and applications that directly integrate with your main Magentrix Portal. Custom Communities allow further security and access customization to limit the records that users can obtain. Furthermore, Custom Communities can be branded differently from the main Magentrix Portal to customize the user experience. For example, a not-for-profit company that works with schools could create one Community Portal for volunteers, another for student registrations, and a third one for school staff.
