System Event Logs records system actions on the portal and can be used to identify potential problems within the system.
The Magentrix platform depends on the Log Level set in the Company Preferences to define the information recorded and presented by System Event Logs. See Configuring System Settings for more information.
Event Logs are recorded and stored as Entity records. As such, you may create List Views on the Event Logs page to filter logs and review them more effectively. Event Logs are also offered as a default Administrative Report option in the Reports and Dashboards module.
