Uploading and Using Icons and Logos

    Logos and icons are integral parts of your Magentrix portal, and it's important for branding and aesthetic purposes that you know how to work with these features.

    Magentrix is able to store images for you and use them as the logo for your portal. To upload, store, and use an image as a logo, follow these steps:

    1. Log in as an administrator.
    2. Open the Setup Home page.
    3. Click Manage > Company Preferences.
    4. Click Edit.
    5. Click on the System Settings tab and scroll down until you find the Default Logo field.
    6. Click on the magnifying glass icon beside the field.
    7. A new window will open. You can drag and drop images and files to upload into this window, or click Upload at the top of the page.
    8. After uploading the image you would like to use as a logo, click on it.
    9. The lookup window will close and the name of your image will now appear in the Default Logo field.
    10. Click Save.

    You have now successfully uploaded, stored and selected the default logo for your Magentrix portal.

    From here, you can also adjust many other features, including the Application Fav Icon and the Default Icon. The Application Fav Icon will appear in the address bar of the browser while users are visiting the portal. The Default Icon is visible when users access the portal on a device with a smaller screen such as a mobile device and must be a 114px by 114px .png image.
