Article Lists

    ARTICLE LISTS

    Article Lists allow users to arrange groups of Article Types together. Article Lists allow Posts from various Article Types to be aggregated on the same screen for easier browsing. You can display Article Lists as a unique page which can be used as a repository of various article types. Creating a new Article List will automatically generate a Tab. 

    Requirements

    To create and edit Article Lists, users must have the following permissions:

    • Administrator System Role

    TO CREATE A NEW ARTICLE LIST:

    1. In Setup Home page, click Create > Articles.
    2. Click Manage Lists.
    3. Click New Article List.
    4. In the Name field, enter a name for the new Article List.
    5. Click Save.

    TO MANAGE ARTICLE LISTS:

    1. In the Setup Home page, click Create > Articles.
    2. Click Manage Lists.
    3. All article types will be shown in a drag and drop interface with Article Lists. Drag and drop all the article types into the appropriate Article List.
      You can edit or delete Article Lists by clicking the arrow beside the Article List name.
      *Note: If you delete an Article List, it’s Tab will also be deleted.
