Question: How can I file a case with Magentrix Support and view existing filed cases for my account?
Answer: To file a case there are two options:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will generate a case in our system.
Login to your portal as an Administrator, then click your name at the top-right of the portal and select Get Support as shown in the below image. This option is only visible to Administrators for security reasons.
The Get Support option is also the method to review existing cases.
