Question: How can I file a case with Magentrix Support and view existing filed cases for my account?
Answer: To file a case there are two options:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will generate a case in our system.
Login to your portal as an Administrator, then click your name at the top-right of the portal and select Get Support. This option is only visible to Administrators for security reasons.
The Get Support option is also the method to review existing cases.
