Magentrix lets you create and manage additional custom hub sites and/or applications on your Magentrix instance.
With a custom hub, you can incorporate different branding, design and assign a custom sub-domain URL. These custom hubs are great for satisfying different business needs for various communities. For example, you can create different custom hubs for your partners, customers and employees.
Before creating the custom hub, be sure to create the necessary Tabs, Apps and Security Roles you want for the configuration of the portal.
To create a custom hub:
- Go to the Setup Home page.
- On the left, go to Create > Custom Hubs.
- Click New.
- Fill in the Basic Information details for the portal including the sub-domain you want.
- Now you can customize the portal by completing the sections for Security & Privacy Settings, Terms & Privacy, Community Branding, Custom Pages, Search Engine Optimization & Tracking and Email Templates.
