Recovering Forgotten Passwords

    If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can request a password reset from the portal administrators.

    Users can also change their passwords at any time when logged in. Periodically, users may be requested to change their password for security reasons.


    To recover your password:

    If you have forgotten your password:

    1. In the portal login page, click Forgot your password?
    2. Enter your username or email and then click Submit.
    3. In your email client, open the email sent from the portal site.
    4. In the window that opens, answer the security question for your account and then click Continue.
    5. Enter a new password and then click Submit.

    To change your password:

    While logged in:

    1. In the My Settings page, click the Change Password tab.
    2. Complete the fields provided. Ensure that you have securely recorded your new password and security question answer.
    3. Click Save.
