Using Logins With SSO (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

    The Magentrix platform supports Single Sign-On (SSO) that allows users to associate their portal user account with an external account from third-parties like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to facilitate login.

    Requirements

    Administrators must enable the following permissions for users to log in with Google credentials:

    • SAML and SSO must be enabled on the portal
    • Third-party authentication providers must be integrated with the portal

    Contact your administrator if you want them to make the necessary changes.


    To enable logins with SSO:

    1. Log in to the portal with your user account.
    2. Navigate to your user Home page or your Social Profile page.
    3. Click the third-party (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter) icon.
    4. Accept or confirm that Magentrix can access your third-party account credentials and information.
