Updating the Copyright Statement

Updating the copyright statement is a simple matter of going to your company preferences and updating the system settings.

1. Login as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Manage > Company Preferences.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select the System Settings tab.
5. Under the Applications General Settings pane, enter your desired text into the Copyright Statement field.
6. Click Save.

The copyright statement is displayed in this format:
"Copyright © YourStatement - All rights reserved."

You can use merge fields in your statement to keep it updated. For example, entering "{!year}" will display the current year.
