The error message: "Cannot update record. Record is not up-to-date." appears when trying to update a record that is no longer up-to-date in the system. This is most commonly caused by two users updating the same record simultaneously.
To resolve this, click Cancel to cancel your changes, refresh the browser page, and then attempt your changes again.
