While the platform supports building solutions from scratch, Magentrix also provides pre-built modules - comprehensive, ready-to-deploy applications that extend the core platform's capabilities. Business Planning

Engagement Pages

Engagement Pages is a Content Management System (CMS) that allows you to build custom landing pages and home pages with a no-code approach. The module provides administrators with comprehensive tools to create visually appealing, functional pages that deliver tailored user experiences across different personas and user communities.

FAQs

The FAQs module allows administrators to create comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions pages with structured question and answer pairings that provide users with quick access to commonly requested information. The module supports rich text formatting, multimedia integration, and flexible sharing configurations that enable targeted information delivery across different user communities.

Groups

The Groups module enables users to create and join dynamic communities organized around common interests, project teams, departments, and specialized collaboration needs. Groups provide comprehensive communication, sharing, and collaboration capabilities that foster engagement and knowledge exchange across diverse organizational boundaries and user communities.

Ideas

The Ideas Module is a collaborative platform that enables portal users to share, review, and collaborate on innovative suggestions for products, services, or processes. Users can post ideas, participate in discussions through voting and commenting, and track the progress of submitted ideas through administrative review processes. The Magentrix Marketplace module allows you to further relationships with your partners by allowing you to showcase products from your partners to increase sales and customer retention. Partners can use your marketplace as a sales enablement resource to sell more of their products and services. Using the marketplace module will allow you to focus on supporting your partner sales channels by offering brand visibility.

MDF

The Marketing Development Fund (MDF) module helps vendors distribute and process marketing funds for partner marketing initiatives and campaigns through a comprehensive dual-environment system. Channel partners can easily submit MDF requests outlined with details such as campaign plans and expected costs through the Magentrix partner portal, while channel managers can quickly review fund requests, campaign statuses, program participation, and expenses through an automated process in Salesforce to help quickly approve and allocate funds or reimbursements to partners and marketing campaigns.

Mingel Social Collaboration

The Mingel Social Collaboration module works with many aspects of the Magentrix platform to allow users to interact and collaborate in the portal. With this module enabled, users can share and draw attention to specific files or Entities, manage their social profiles, engage in activity feeds, and build professional networks within the organization. The Mingel Collaboration features provided in the Magentrix platform can also be used to improve the flow of communication between users. A green inbox button will appear in the bottom right corner of pages for which social collaboration is possible.

The Online Help Module provides contextual help documentation throughout the Magentrix portal, enabling administrators and authorized users to create comprehensive help content that appears directly within the context of specific portal pages. With integrated wiki-style content management, search functionality, and role-based access control, the Online Help Module ensures users can access relevant documentation exactly when and where they need it.
