Deal Registration Forms
Deal registration forms can be assigned to partners to submit leads. Different forms can be assigned to different partner security roles so that partners only see deal registration forms that are relevant to their partner type.
When a user has access to more than one deal registration form, they will be given the option to choose the appropriate deal registration form.
Requirements:
To configure deal registration forms, users must be assigned one of the following permissions:
- Administrator System role
- Additional Settings: Enable Deal Management Access
To create deal registration form assignments:
- Navigate to Setup > Partner Management > Deal Registration Forms
- Click New.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Form Type: Select if the form will be an active page or a custom form.
- Active Form/ Custom Form: Select the form.
- Name: Enter the title of the deal registration form.
- Description: Optionally enter a brief description of the form.
- Click Next.
- On the Share page, you can choose the access level of the form. Search and select the security roles that will be assigned to this form.
- Click Done.
To modify deal registration form assignments:
- Navigate to Setup > Partner Management > Deal Registration Forms.
- Click on the deal registration form assignment to modify its type, name, and description.
- Use the Actions dropdown and then click Sharing to access the form sharing options.
- For custom forms, you can use the Actions dropdown and then click Configure Form Layout to edit the custom form layout.
- To delete the deal registration form assignment, use the Actions dropdown and then click Delete.
