Enable features including course browsing, course history access, language filtering, and LinkedIn certification integration. Establish communication framework that supports administrative oversight and learner engagement throughout training progression.

Managing Banner Settings: Configure training homepage banner including Show Banner toggle, custom banner images (recommended 1920x400 pixels), banner headings and messages with multi-language support, text color customization, and call-to-action button configuration. Set up visual branding elements that align with organizational identity while maintaining professional presentation and learner engagement.

Configuring Training Module Permissions: Configure security role permissions directly within the Training module including access levels for external community users (None, Learner, Team Leader) and internal employee users (None, Learner, Team Leader, Training Manager). Set up Manage Courses permissions with appropriate scope (Private, Team, User & Direct Subordinates, User & All Subordinates, Team & Direct Subordinates, Team & All Subordinates, All) and Manage Course Assignments permissions to control who can approve requests, mark completions, and assign users to training.

Course Creation and Management

Set up due date requirements, compliance settings with automatic retake scheduling, and failure reassignment options to ensure learner accountability and certification maintenance.

Creating Course Content Structure: Configure detailed course structure including chapter creation with names, descriptions, and language settings. Master chapter content organization through drag-and-drop reordering, chapter importing from existing courses with link or clone options, and chapter management including edit and remove capabilities. Understand chapter action menu for adding diverse content types to support varied learning approaches.

Creating Lessons: Master the six available lesson types including Text (rich text editor content), Upload (files including images, documents, presentations, media), Embed (external HTML content), YouTube/Vimeo (video lessons), Quiz (assessments), and Import (reusing lessons from other courses). Configure lesson settings including names, descriptions, language selection, and content specifications. Viewing All Training Users: Monitor all learners assigned to courses or learning paths through Users tab with filtering by assignment status (Assigned, Requests, Pending, Completed, Incomplete).
