Carousels

Carousels is a dynamic content presentation component integrated within Engagement Pages and the Customer home page. This feature enables administrators and marketing managers to showcase important announcements and content to partners and customers through an interactive sliding banner interface.

Slide Management

Marketing managers and administrators can create slides by uploading banner images and optionally adding headlines, descriptions up to 90 characters, and configurable call-to-action URLs that direct users to target links through either the slide image or button clicks.

Multilingual Support

The carousel supports content localization through custom labels, allowing for translation of all text elements including headlines, descriptions, and call-to-action buttons.

Visibility Controls

Administrators have granular control over slide visibility, with the ability to configure access based on user groups, security roles, and individual user accounts.

Platform Integration

The News Carousel component is fully integrated into both Engagement Pages and Customer Home interfaces, providing seamless content delivery across these platform features.
