About Resource Collections
The Resource Collections module allows easy access to a collection of different assets within a single location. Assets may include collateral, article posts, courses, or documents within the document library and are compiled to give sales teams and partners streamlined access to various resources across sales stages. As a sales enablement tool, different Resource Collections can be made for different products, categories, teams, or partners.
Once a Resource Collection is compiled, users will have the ability to browse and filter assets from the gallery. Resource Collections can be easily updated to reflect the rapidly changing aspects of your organization and collateral. Email notifications will be sent to notify users of newly uploaded assets or changes made to existing assets based on their notification preferences.
Filters allow quick and easy Resource Collection browsing. Administrators can configure multiple filter fields such as Asset Type, Content Type, and custom filters to help users find relevant assets quickly. The optimum number of filters is 4, with a maximum of 10 filter fields available.
Collateral can be configured to have custom co-branding, and once co-branded assets are imported into the Resource Collections module, partners can directly download the documents with their own branding and company information.
Resource Collections can be customized with banner images, headings, messages, and action buttons to create engaging landing pages for different audiences. Administrators can control sorting options, visual settings, and sharing permissions for each Resource Collection.
Key Features
Asset Management: Add documents, article posts, and training courses to a centralized Resource Collection gallery. Assets can be arranged manually or sorted automatically by title or date added.
Flexible Filtering: Configure up to 10 custom filter fields to help users quickly find relevant assets. Built-in filters include Asset Type (with values like Case Studies, White Papers, Product Guides, Sales Bundles) and Content Type (Post, Document, Course).
Customizable Banners: Create visually appealing Resource Collection pages with custom banner images, headings, messages, and up to two action buttons for user engagement.
Permission Controls: Set granular permissions per Resource Collection to control who can view assets and who can manage the collection. Share with all users, internal users only, or specific people and groups.
Email Notifications: Users can configure their notification preferences to receive daily or weekly digest emails about new assets added, posts updated, document versions uploaded, or course content changes.
Thumbnail Management: Upload or generate thumbnails for assets to create a visually consistent gallery. Thumbnail updates in Resource Collections automatically sync to the original asset in Documents Library, Articles, or Training modules.
Personal Collections: Users can add their favorite assets to personal Resource Collections for quick access, unless this feature is disabled by administrators.
Social Sharing: Assets can include social media sharing buttons, or these can be disabled per Resource Collection based on organizational policies.

Resource Collections are ideal for organizing sales enablement materials by sales stage, product line, industry, or partner segment. For example, you might create separate Resource Collections for:
