Resource Collections Checklist
Foundation Setup
☐ Customizing Resource Collection Labels Administrators can customize the label of the Resource Collections module to better align with organizational terminology.
☐ Creating Resource Collections and Managing Filters Administrators can create Resource Collections to be used by different organizational members or partners for collateral and process enablement. Administrators can manage Resource Collection filters to allow easy browsing by Asset Type, Content Type, and other custom criteria.
Resource Collection Configuration
☐ Configuring Resource Collection Settings Configure Resource Collection settings including name, path, description, sorting options, filter fields, asset badges, and visual settings such as disabling social sharing or personal collections.
☐ Configuring Banner Settings Customize Resource Collection banners with images, headings, messages, text colors, and up to two action buttons to create engaging landing pages.
☐ Configuring Tile Settings Upload custom tile images that appear as the banner background on Resource Collection pages.
Permissions and Access Control
☐ Configuring Resource Collection Permissions Configure Resource Collection permissions for viewers and managers. Security settings control who can view assets and who can add, edit, and arrange content within galleries.
Content Management
☐ Managing Resource Collection Galleries Managers can add documents, article posts, and learning module courses into a single Resource Collection gallery. Managers can arrange, edit, and remove assets individually or in bulk.
User Engagement
☐ Managing Email Notifications Users can configure their email notification preferences to receive daily or weekly digest notifications about changes to Resource Collections they have access to.
