Creating and Managing Listings

Before a listing can be published on the marketplace, partner publishers must submit a listing for moderation through comprehensive content creation workflows that support detailed product and service presentation while ensuring quality standards and marketplace consistency. Once a listing has been approved by a moderator, partner publishers can then publish the listing to the marketplace where it becomes visible to users and contributes to business development and lead generation objectives.

Analytics and reports are available for each individual listing through integrated performance tracking systems that enable publishers to monitor listing views, listing requests, and asset engagement metrics. Publishers can track comprehensive performance data and export analytics reports via Excel worksheets for external analysis and business intelligence integration, supporting data-driven optimization and business development strategies.

Listing creation and management encompasses content development, asset management, approval workflow participation, and performance optimization through systematic processes that support marketplace quality while enabling partner success and business development across diverse organizational marketplace implementations and partnership objectives.

Requirements

To create a new marketplace listing, users must have one of the following permissions:

  • Administrator System Role
  • Marketplace Publish Listings Access

Accessing Listing Creation and Management

Navigation to Marketplace Publishing

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace Publishing Tab
  2. Access comprehensive listing management interface with creation and publishing tools
  3. If no listings exist, access the marketplace collection interface for listing creation

Listing Creation Access

Creating New Listings:

  1. In the marketplace publishing interface, click New Listing
  2. Access comprehensive listing creation workflow with multiple configuration sections
  3. Configure listing information through systematic content development process

Marketplace Selection:

  1. In the Listing Title field, enter a unique name for the listing
  2. Select a marketplace for which the listing will be added from available marketplace options

  • Details: Enter comprehensive information that will be shown in the details section of the listing page

Categorization and Classification:

  • Region: If geographical focus is enabled, select the listing's region for location-based filtering and regional marketplace organization

Contact Information Configuration

Sales Contact Management:

  • Display Sales Contacts: Check this option to allow customers to contact you for sales information and business development
  • Configure sales contact fields with comprehensive contact information including names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers
  • Sales contact information appears on listing detail pages for direct business development and relationship building
  • Contact configuration supports lead generation and business development objectives

Support Contact Configuration:

  • Display Support Contact: Check this option to allow customers to contact you for support and technical assistance
  • Configure support contact fields with detailed contact information for customer service and technical support

General Contact Information:

  • How Do We Contact You: Enter comprehensive contact information for general inquiries and business communication

Custom Field Display:

  • Overview Field: Configure the fields that will be displayed in the Overview page section
  • Select from available custom fields that provide essential information for user decision making

Listing Detail Configuration:

Field Completion and Validation:
