Using Personal Collections

 

Users can add Playbook assets to create a customized personal collections for personal referral. Users can create different collections for different purposes. For example, sales users can create a personalized collection for cold calls and a separate collection for deal registrations.

Requirements

To use Personal Collections, users must have access to a resource collection.


To add an asset to a Personal Collection:

  1. Navigate to the Resource Collection in which the asset is contained.
  2. Locate the asset and then click the + symbol. In the dropdown menu, click the playbook for which you want to add the asset.
  3. If you want to create a new personal collection, locate and asset and then click the + symbol. In the dropdown menu, click Create Collection. Enter a name and description and then click Save.
