Viewing Training Activity Logs

The Activities page provides administrators with a comprehensive chronological view of all recent training-related actions performed by users and administrators. This detailed activity log enables training managers to review course completions, certificate downloads, content updates, quiz creations, and related system events in a centralized location, supporting audit requirements, troubleshooting efforts, and training program oversight.

The Activities page complements the Dashboard summary view by offering an expanded, focused interface for detailed activity investigation without the distraction of widgets and charts, enabling thorough historical review and comprehensive action tracking across the training environment.

Requirements

To access the Training Activities page, users must be assigned a security role with one of the following permissions:

Administrator System Role

Access Level: Training Manager

Accessing Training Activity Logs

1. Navigate to the Training module from your portal navigation menu

2. Click the Dashboard tab in the primary navigation

3. Click the Activities sub-tab to display the comprehensive activity feed

4. Scroll through the chronological list to review training-related actions

5. Click Show More at the bottom of the list to load older activity records

User Name: Interactive link to user profile page for detailed learner or administrator information

Action Description: Plain text narrative describing the specific action performed

Course Title: Interactive link to course management page for immediate content access

Timestamp: Relative time indicator displayed on the right side (e.g., "3 days ago", "10 days ago", "16 days ago") showing when action occurred

Activities display in reverse chronological order with newest actions at the top

Consistent sorting enables quick identification of recent events and pattern recognition

Historical actions remain accessible through scrolling and Show More functionality

Course Updates: Documents content modifications, lesson revisions, and course configuration changes

Quiz Updates: Records quiz modifications, question changes, and assessment adjustments

Course Creation: Records new course development and initial publication
