Using My Settings

 

You can view and change your preferences in the My Settings menu.


To access and make changes in my settings:

  1. Login to the portal.
  2. On the upper right of the page, click your name and then click My Settings.
  3. Click the Personal Information tab. Here you can edit your contact and work information. When you are done, click Save.
  4. Click the Change Password tab. Here you can change your password. Click Save to make the changes.
  5. Click the Email Notifications tab. Here you can configure your notification settings. Click the pane header. The pane will open with settings available. Check and select the notification settings you want for each notification item and then click Update.
  6. Click the Language & Timezone tab. Here you can select the portal language that will be displayed, your locale, and time zone. When you are done, click Save.
  7. Click the My External Apps tab. Here you can create and view API access tokens. For more information, see Using Access Tokens.
    • To create a new token, click New Private App. Enter an application name and description and then click Save.
    • Using the dropdown actions menu, you can Edit and Revoke access tokens. You can also use the View Access Token and Rotate and Expire this token actions.
