About Organization Settings

Organization Settings is the single administrator page for your portal's identity, appearance, defaults and behavior. It replaces the older Company Preferences screen and reorganizes the same settings, plus several new ones, into tabs.

Where It Lives

Go to Setup > Manage > Organization Settings.

Administrators only. Non-administrators cannot open the page at all.

Multi-Currency has moved out. It is now its own Setup entry at Setup > Manage > Multi-Currency, not a link inside the locale settings. See Configuring Multi-Currency.

How the Page Is Organized

Settings are grouped into six tabs. Each tab shows a set of cards, one per section. Click Edit on a card to open that section in a drawer, make your changes, and save. You edit one section at a time rather than saving the whole page.

What Moved From Company Preferences

If you are used to the previous screen, the settings are the same but regrouped:

Two things are genuinely new: the Subscription tab, and a guided flow for changing the sender email address. See Sender Email and Custom SMTP.
