Deal Inbox
The Deal Inbox tab configures the Deal Inbox feature, which allows the vendor to push deals/leads to partners for acceptance or rejection.
To access this tab, navigate to Partner Management > Deal Settings and click the Deal Inbox tab.
General Settings
Enable Deal Inbox
Check the Enable Deal Inbox checkbox to activate the Deal Inbox feature. When enabled, vendors can assign leads to partners, and partners can accept or reject those leads through their portal.
Plural Label
The Plural Label field allows you to customize the display name of the Deal Inbox feature. By default, this is set to Deal Inbox. Click the search icon to browse available label options, or type a custom name.
Deal Inbox Deal Visibility
This setting controls which deals partners can see in their Deal Inbox. Select one of the following options:

| Partners can only view deals assigned to them | Partners see only deals that have been specifically assigned to them. |
| Partners can view all deals assigned to their company | Partners see all deals assigned to anyone at their company. |
The View Deal Inbox button appears in the top-right corner of the page when this tab is active. Click it to navigate directly to the Deal Inbox list view.
Partner Assignment Notification
Notify the Partner When a Lead Has Been Assigned to Them
Check this option to send an email to the partner when a lead has been assigned to them in the Deal Inbox. This is a parent toggle — enabling it reveals the following sub-field:

Lead Accepted Notification
Notify the Lead Owner When a Lead is Accepted by the Partner
Check this option to send an email to the lead owner when a partner accepts a lead from the Deal Inbox. This is a parent toggle — enabling it reveals the following sub-fields:

Lead Rejected Notification
Notify the Lead Owner When a Lead is Rejected by the Partner
Check this option to send an email to the lead owner when a partner rejects a lead from the Deal Inbox. This is a parent toggle — enabling it reveals the following sub-fields:

Best Practices and Recommendations
- Enable notifications for both accepted and rejected leads to maintain full visibility into partner engagement with assigned deals.
- If your partners work in teams, consider selecting "Partners can view all deals assigned to their company" to improve collaboration and prevent missed opportunities.
- Use the Plural Label field to customize the feature name if your organization uses different terminology (e.g., "Lead Assignments" or "Deal Queue").
- Use the View Deal Inbox button to quickly review current deal assignments without leaving the settings page.
