Organization Settings: Subscription and Licenses
The Subscription tab is where you see what your organization has bought and how much of it is being used - your plan, the products on it, user licences, feature entitlements and storage. It is a read-only view; changing what you are entitled to is a conversation with Magentrix, not a setting.
Go to Setup > Manage > Organization Settings and open the Subscription tab.
Current Plan
Your edition, alongside the Subscription End Date. The date is shown with its status in plain terms - how many days remain, or how long ago it ended. A portal with no end date shows No end date.
Manage Licenses takes you to license administration.
Products
The Magentrix products included on your subscription.
User Licenses
Each licence type you hold, with how many are still available. This is the number to check before activating users in bulk - running out of licences is the usual reason a user activation fails unexpectedly.
Usage Limits
Volume-based features track how much of your allocated capacity has been used. This is where to look when a feature stops accepting new work part-way through a period.
Features
The features included in your plan. Features shown greyed out are not currently active on your subscription.
This is the fastest way to answer "why can I not see that setting?" Several parts of the portal appear only when the matching entitlement is present - AI drafting and AI translation in Email Templates, custom themes, Multi-Currency. If a feature is greyed out here, the corresponding controls will be absent elsewhere rather than shown disabled.
Storage Usage

| File Storage | Space used by uploaded files and attachments. |
| AI Index Storage | Counted in documents rather than bytes - the number of documents indexed for AI features. |
Each shows usage against your allocation.
When You Need More
Everything on this tab reflects your subscription. Additional licences, extra storage, a higher usage allowance or a feature that is currently greyed out are all changes to your plan - contact your Magentrix representative.
