Terms and Conditions

An organization-wide terms text, and the agreement line partners see when submitting. Individual programs can override the terms with their own; a program shows whether it is inheriting the organization default or overriding it, and can be reverted to the default at any time.

Multi-Currency

Each fund program holds its budget in its own currency, set on the program. Allocations, requests, claims and the ledger all follow the program's currency, so a single program is internally consistent.

Comparing across programs in different currencies needs care. Before reading a total that spans programs, be clear whether the figure is converted or simply summed. Conversion depends on your portal's multi-currency configuration - see Configuring Multi-Currency.

What Lives on the Program, Not Here

Fiscal year, budget window, currency, funding model, eligible activity types, terms and claim deadline are all properties of an individual fund program, set on the program itself on the Programs & Allocations tab. The values here are organization-wide defaults for programs that do not override them.

Saving

Save Settings becomes available only once something has changed, and Cancel discards your changes and restores the saved values. Navigating away without saving discards changes without warning.
