Supported HubSpot Objects

The Magentrix HubSpot integration supports a fixed set of standard HubSpot objects, each mapped to a corresponding Magentrix entity. The mapping is defined by Magentrix and cannot be changed.

HubSpot Tickets, HubSpot custom objects, and other standard objects (Quotes, Line Items as standalone records, etc.) are not currently supported by the integration.

Owner Mapping

Each HubSpot record is owned by a HubSpot user. Magentrix mirrors ownership by storing the HubSpot User ID on the corresponding Magentrix user. During activation, Magentrix automatically adds a HubSpot User ID field (text, length 50, unique) to the User entity. The Connect Owners action on the HubSpot Integration setup page populates this field by matching HubSpot owners against existing Magentrix users.

For records arriving from HubSpot whose owner does not match an existing Magentrix user, Magentrix assigns the Default Owner configured on the HubSpot Integration settings dialog.

Property and Picklist Handling

HubSpot properties are mapped to Magentrix fields per entity through the Field Mappings dialog (see Activating and Mapping HubSpot Entities). HubSpot enumeration (picklist) values are imported into the corresponding Magentrix picklist automatically; new options added in HubSpot are picked up the next time the entity is refreshed.

The following HubSpot properties are excluded from the mapping UI by default:

  • hubspot_owner_id - handled separately through the owner-mapping mechanism described above.
  • pipeline - excluded for the Deal/Opportunity mapping; pipelines and stages are managed separately.
